Your personal data may be communicated to qualified parties who provide Maserati S.p.A. with direct services or to those that are instrumental for the purposes referred to above, including those parties and companies that manage and/or take part in the management and/or the maintenance of our Internet sites and of the electronic and/or IT tools and instrumentation used by us, as well as any other parties to whom the data must be communicated on the basis of any explicit legal measure that has been laid down regarding it. The Data Processor is Dr. Luigi Torlai, domiciled, for the purposes of the task assigned to him, in the registered office referred to above.
