He calls Switzerland home and will be another driver competing in Maserati’s single-make series.
“I wanted to experience something new and drive in the Trofeo Maserati GranTurismo MC. I think it will be interesting and fun. I reckon that I will appear in every round but all I want to do is have a bit of fun. I have nothing to prove to anyone: I am no longer a ‘spring chicken’ but I think that this is a well organised championship where Gentleman drivers like me can show what they are made of. For me, the aim will be to cross the finish line and take the chequered flag in each race”.
“I am pleased with how the tests have gone at Vallelunga. They were important as I have been able to get to know the car. It was enjoyable and I feel ready for round one at Monza. I can’t wait!”
