Heading everyone was the No.2 MC12 crewed by Ramos/Müller/Van De Poele/Lamy who stopped the clock at 2:17.111. This time was good enough to beat the Corvette Z06 from Selleslagh Racing (2:17.563). Heavy rain fell at the beginning and again at the end of the ninety-minute workout. Obviously, in between the downpours the track had a chance to dry out a little, so much so that some cars mounted slicks just before the second drenching. However, the surface was quite damp throughout. The No.1Maserati MC12 clocked the second best time (2:23.924) while car 33 finished fifth on the timesheet (2:24.363) and car No.2 sixth.
